Shameful: Congress brings in China angle while politicising AN-32 crash, Minister Kiren Rjjiju questions Hardik Patel

On the day when the wreckage of the AN-32 aircraft of the Indian Air Force was spotted in Arunachal Pradesh, Congress leader Hardik Patel took to Twitter to criticise China,  claiming the AN-32 and the soldiers in the aircraft have been captured by the neighbouring country.

In his tweet, Hardik Patel condemned China saying that it will always remain "Murdabad" and asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi to carry out a surgical strike on the enighbouring country, extending support for the attack. 

"China Murdabad tha aur murdabad hi rahega. (China was 'Murdabad' and will remain 'Murdabad'). I want to say to China to return our AN-32 and our jawans. Modi sahab, you don't worry, we all are there with you. Carry out a surgical strike on China and bring back our jawans," Hardik Patel wrote in his tweet in Hindi. 

Responding to the tweet, Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, Kiren Rijiju lashed out at the Congress leader, asking him if he knows where is Arunachal Pradesh, where the debris of the AN-32 aircraft was found on Tuesday. 

"You are a leader of the Congress party. Do you know where is Arunachal Pradesh?" Kiren Rijiju wrote in his tweet.

In a statement on June 11, the IAF stated that the wreckage of the AN-32 aircraft has been spotted 16 kms north of Lipo, North-East of Tato, Arunachal Pradesh. 

The statement further stated that efforts are being made to establish the status of the occupants and survivors from the aircraft. 

The AN-32 aircraft lost contact on the afternoon of June 3 after taking off from Jorhat for Menchuka advanced landing ground near the border with China. A total of eight aircrew and five passengers were on board the aircraft.
