The draw of Wednesday's weekly lottery Dear Cherished Morning is announced at 11:55 AM each week.
The winners of the lottery need to download a Claim form that is available for download on the official website. The details must be thoroughly filled out in the form. You may also need to attach the appropriate photo ID to the form. The forms need to be submitted within the given time frame, after which the winners claim will become invalid. The ticket holders need to keep their tickets intact and undamaged. Damaged tickets will be rejected and the winner will be unable to claim anything.
