Republic TV has restrained from sharing the video, bearing in mind the viciousness of the act.

However, detailing the content of the video, filmed by the Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists shows how the class 11 student is asked to face the wall, with the assurance that he will not be harmed. The incident in Kashmir valley took place on Thursday, where the 17-year-old student of a government school in Shopian district, Kashmir was abducted and killed in a ‘Taliban-style execution.’

The young boy was ushered to a dark area, accompanied by 3-4 Hizbul terrorists, they then asked him to move away and questioned him for meddling in their affairs, finally pumping bullets in his body.

Immediately after this, three more youths went missing, coinciding with the on-going Panchayat polls in the valley. A video of Riyaz Naikoo, the Chief of Hizbul Mujahideen in the Kashmir valley has been retrieved, who is threatening people by saying “anybody could meet with the same fate” by dubbing this incidence.

This is a first-time that an ISIS and Taliban-like video has been surfaced by the Pakistan-backed terrorist organization.

Reacting to the incident, Sushil Pandit said, “The boy's fault is that he is at the wrong place at the wrong time and his society has engendered Jihad, which has begun to devour its own children and youth.  The fault is that he lives in a society which is unable to stand up to a venomous, violent Jihad unleashed on its own people. It is an extremely unfortunate situation.”

He further accused the government saying, “But I would like to say here that the Government of India cannot shirk its responsibility when patriots are being targeted in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. It continues to hob-nob.”

On November 5 prior to the Panchayat elections, Hizbul Mujahideen posters have surfaced in the adjoining Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir, warning people to stay away from the polls. Addressing the same, Governor SP Malik said:

"Terrorists were frustrated to see polling go smoothly. Morale of the security forces is high, they will not the terrorists disturb panchayat elections".
