One Japanese colleague who worked In India has understood this gesture very well. He told me:
While nodding
If the head moves and the tip of the nose is still, it is YES.
If the tip of the nose also moves sideways, it is NO.

A waiter in Paris, pointed out this to me. When he asked me something and I did this wobbling in response. He had been to India and noticed this.

A young Japanese lady on a vacation to India, sitting next to me, asked me if I would tell her about India. I replied in the affirmative, & the FIRST question was : what do you Indians mean when you nod your head ? I had to tell her : play it by the ear, make intelligent guesses

Nothing wrong with that...it’s a cultural thing. High time westerners start respecting and understanding other cultures...this video is justified
