Indian auto-rickshaws always had the ability to carry beyond its capacity. But to magically fit almost fit two dozen people? No.
A viral video shared on tweeted by Karimnagar police on Sunday, shows a whopping 24 women and children descending from an autorickshaw in Bhongir, Telangana. The video also features the smiling autorickshaw driver standing beside his 'magical vehicle' who was stopped by the police for overloading his auto.
After rebuking the auto driver, police then goes on to ask to deboard the passengers which reveal an apparently endless stream of passengers.
The video comes days after the Motor Vehicle Amendment Bill was passed in Rajya Sabha that aims to improve road safety by tightening rules and increasing penalties.
