On the auspicious occasion of Eid-E-Milad-Un-Nabi, Vice President Venkaiah Naidu, on Sunday, wished the nation , commemorating the birth of Prophet Mohammad. Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi or Eid-e-Milad is celebrated commemorating the birth of Prophet Mohammad. The Prophet was born in Mecca on the twelfth day of Rabee-ul-Awwal, the third month of the Islamic lunar calendar, presumably in 570 CE. Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi falls on November 9 and will continue till evening of November 10 this year.
