Prashant Kishor, the political strategist and member of Janta Dal United (JDU), took to Twitter on Monday to highlight his observation regarding Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the United States. Kishor tweeted saying, "A strategic and smart move by the Indian PM to build some meaningful leverage on an 'electorally vulnerable' US President about to face elections." The political strategist claimed the Indian PM used numbers which is our biggest advantage like never before.

The Political Strategist, Prashant Kishor

Prashant Kishor is known for his impressive strategy that leads parties to massive victories. In Andhra Pradesh, Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy's YSRCP won 151 seats in the state's 175 seats in 2019. In the past, Kishor was the chief strategist for Prime Minister Modi's election campaign in 2014, after which he started his own company called IPAC that engineered the poll campaign in Punjab for Captain Amarinder Singh. In 2015, Kishor worked for the JD(U) when the party was a part of Mahagathbandhan in Bihar and led the grand alliance to their landslide victory in the assembly elections in Bihar.

'Howdy, Modi' Event in the United States

PM Modi arrived in Houston, Texas on his week-long US trip on Saturday afternoon. He took to Twitter to share his arrival in the US by greeting with 'Howdy Houston'. He was welcomed with a red carpet and greeted by the Director, Trade and International Affairs, Christopher Olson and other officials. The event ended on a good note with President Trump coming down especially to meet PM Modi. After the 'Howdy, Modi' event in Texas, PM Modi has a jam-packed schedule in New York City. According to the US local time, PM Modi will set out at 10 AM to attend the UNSG’s Summit on Climate Change in New York in the United Nations Building. He will later be meeting with various Prime Minister and Presidents of different nations.
