Bengaluru: A viral incident in Bengaluru involves a person named Parishi who claimed that an autorickshaw driver spat on her while she was walking in the upscale neighborhood of Indiranagar.

Parishi, a software engineer by profession, shared the incident on X white shirt and black trousers, with fresh, red spot marks on her right hand. 

In her post, Parishi wrote, "While walking around Indiranagar, an auto driver spat on me, and it happened to be the day I wore a white shirt." The post went viral on social media prompting the Bengaluru City Police to respond by requesting specific area details and her contact number via direct message.

Bengaluru Police commented, “Please provide specific area details and your contact number via DM.”

Indiranagar, where the incident took place, is known for being one of Bengaluru's poshest neighborhoods and a hub for startups.Many people are angry about the incident, calling it "disgusting" and telling Parishi to report it to the police.
