New Delhi: During a press conference in New Delhi on Sunday evening, the Director General of Military Operations (DGMO) confirmed multiple key developments of Operation Sindoor, including the successful downing of Pakistani aircraft, the elimination of over 100 terrorists—among them individuals responsible for the Pulwama attack and the IC-814 hijacking—and the destruction of critical terror infrastructure.
Additionally, around 40 Pakistani soldiers were killed in intense artillery fire during the operation. These precision strikes targeted key enemy positions, further crippling Pakistan’s operational capabilities. Indian forces remained forward deployed with full combat readiness, ensuring control over the region and responding decisively to threats posed by coordinated drone attacks and enemy manoeuvres.
