Bombay HC Grants bail to Conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar in Fraud Case

New Delhi: The Bombay High Court has granted bail to Sukesh alias Shekhar Chandrasekhar in connection with a fraud case. The case of financial fraud was registered at Goregaon Police Station.

However, despite getting bail, Sukesh will have to remain in jail due to other criminal cases filed against him across the country. He is currently lodged at Tihar jail. 

A Bengaluru-based businessman accused Sukesh of committing a financial scam to the tune of Rs 100 crore by duping people. Sukesh has been in jail for 7 years and 10 months.
