тАЬA BSF party which was on domination patrolling ahead of Fence was fired upon by the Pakistan rangers. BSF troops immediately took position and retaliated but the enemy bullets hit a BSF JawanтАЭ a BSF official said.

He said that Pakistan rangers took advantage of a protective Bundh that is on the Pakistani side of the international border and they fired from behind that Bundh.

тАЬOwn side area is undulated, marshy and having thick sarkanda growth. It made the immediate locating of the fallen jawan difficultтАЭ, the officer said.

The CIBMS is aimed to make cross border infiltration from the Pakistani side next to impossible as the system will not only keep an eye on the ground, but will also guard against infiltration from under water, ground and from air.

тАЬTodayтАЩs Ceasefire violation exposes the frustration on the Pakistani side as they want to push in trained terrorists into the Indian side and the domination of the BSF on the international border is making their job difficult and hence they resort to CFVтАЭ a senior BSF official requesting anonymity said.

He said that the force will give a befitting response to this тАЭcowardly actтАЭ of Pakistani rangers and the martyrdom of the Jawan will be avenged.
