After news of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim being poisoned broke out, intel agencies have confirmed to Republic that the gangster was indeed hospitalised but not poisoned. "Kaskar was taken to hospital due to his ill health. After being treated for a week, he was brought back home on Sunday evening now his condition is now stable'', said a senior official.

Republic tracks down the hospital in Pakistan where Dawood Ibrahim was hospitalised

Republic has, now, managed to track down the hospital where Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar was taking treatment. Sources informed that after Dawood's health deteriorated, he was admitted to the Aga Khan University Hospital in Karachi last week.

Apart from this, sources also informed that Dawood was undergoing several medical tests. Following which, he was shifted to PNS Shifa hospital. "The Pakistani government is so scared that it admitted Dawood to a famous and well-known hospital for his treatment, but he was admitted with a different name so that no one can even find his record", a source in the Intelligence Agency told Republic.

According to source, his actual name was not even recorded anywhere in either of the two hospitals. PNS Shifa is an army hospital located in Pakistan's Karachi.

Republic has also accessed the current address of Dawood Ibrahim and his associates. The said addresses have been mentioned in the intelligence report of the Federal Agencies
