Republic TV, on Tuesday, had accessed Sukesh Chandrashekhar's alleged chats with Jacqueline sent via WhatsApp using a fake number from Delhi's Mandola jail - where he's currently lodged.

However, Sukesh denied sending any such texts to the actor and sought the intervention of the CBI to probe the same. Tagging the chats 'fake,' Sukesh blamed Jacqueline, who is also an accused in the case. He said the actor was trying to 'sensationalize' the chats.

Sukesh claimed, "I want to make it very clear that none of the alleged WhatsApp messages or voice notes was sent by me through jail or otherwise."

Sukesh claimed that his voice had been 'cloned' using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and 'chats have been created' after he threatened to expose her.

The actor had earlier approached the court saying the chats and letters sent by Sukesha, which have been published by the media have been creating a distressing situation for her.

Sukesh in one of the many messages to the actor allegedly had assured her to get her 'out of the mess' and also requested her to don a black outfit or dress during her court appearances.

Sukesh's text in the purported chat dated June 30, 2023, to the actor read, "Baby this month on 6th, we have a court date and if you are produced by VC please wear a black kurta or wear anything in black, so that I know you have seen all my messages and you Love ?? So baby and missing you Ton I love you baby girl, you are mine mine forever..."

Jacqueline, who's also being probed in the laundering case as the witness, recently moved to Delhi court seeking protection from Sukesh.
