New Delhi: Passengers are facing harrowing times at railway stations in the national capital as 23 trains scheduled to arrive in the city are delayed, owing to the cold wave that continues to grip north India. 

The India Railways issued a list of trains that are facing delayed. The trains are running late by hours. 

A passenger speaking to news agency ANI said,” Trains are stopping at the outer of every big station. This is the major problem. This should be sorted out.” The city has been facing disruption in train services for the past few days due to the cold wave conditions.
