New Delhi: Multiple college boys flouted traffic rules and partied on the Delhi-Meerut highway, creating a major ruckus on the streets. In the video obtained by Republic, the group of youth can be seen creating a nuisance in the middle of the road by burning crackers. Not only this, they drove their cars in an extremely rash manner putting the lives of other people on the road at risk.

According to the information obtained by Republic, the rowdy group was celebrating their farewell party in the middle of the road. The youth were also seen playing extremely loud music and leaving the whole place in complete shambles. The matter becomes concerning since the boys who were involved in the shenanigans were minors. In the video, almost 50 minors were seen creating a nuisance on the road and taking law and order in their own hand. The minors were class 12th students and on Friday they left school after celebrating a farewell party in school. They went on to continue their shenanigans in a hotel in Meeruts Modipuram.
