Operation Sindoor: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday sent a clear message to terrorists and their supporters, stating that India has proven its strength by delivering a powerful response not only to terrorists but also to the Pakistani army that supports them.
While addressing air warriors at the Adampur air base in Punjab, PM Modi praised the valor of Indian armed forces and declared that even the Pakistani military, which backs terrorist outfits, has been dealt a severe blow.
“Jis Pakistani sena ke bharose ye aatanki baithhe the, Bharatiya sena, Bharat ki Air Force aur Bharatiyon ne us Pakistani sena ko bhi dhool chata di hai. (The terrorists who were relying on the Pakistani Army, the Indian Army, the Indian Air Force, and Indians have made that Pakistani Army bite the dust.)
The Prime Minister lauded the Armed Forces for making it clear that there are no longer safe spaces for terrorists in Pakistan.
“Our forces have shown the Pakistani military that there is no place left in Pakistan where terrorists can sit and breathe in peace,” he said.
Reaffirming India’s assertive stance on cross-border terrorism, PM Modi stated that India will not hesitate to cross borders to neutralize threats.
“Hum ghar mein ghuskar marenge aur bachane ka ek mauka tak nahi denge.” (We will enter their homes and strike, and we won’t even give them a chance to escape.)
Warning of India’s advanced military capability, PM Modi emphasized the psychological impact of India’s growing arsenal.
“Our drones, our missiles – just thinking about them will keep Pakistan sleepless for days,” he said.
PM Modi also reiterated his statement from Monday, declaring that Operation Sindoor, India’s recent military action, represents a strategic shift in national defense.
“India's 'Laxman Rekha' against terrorism is crystal clear now. If another terror attack occurs, India will give a reply – a solid reply. We saw this during the surgical strike, during the air strike. Now, Operation Sindoor is India's new normal.”
