New Delhi: The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on Friday hit back at Pakistan over its baseless allegations after Balochistan train hijack. While strongly denying suggestions made by the Pakistan foreign office over the recent attack on the Jaffar Express, the Ministry has exposed Pakistan for being the global epicentre of terrorism.

India's Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal firmly rejected Pakistan accusations, stating, "We strongly reject the baseless allegations made by Pakistan. The whole world knows where the epicenter of global terrorism lies. Pakistan should look inwards instead of pointing fingers and shifting the blame for its own internal problems and failures onto others."

This sharp response from India clearly states that Pakistan needs to address its own internal issues rather than attributing them to external entities. Jaiswal's statement reflects India's longstanding stance on Pakistan's alleged role in fostering terrorism in the region.

Earlier on Thursday, Pakistan Foreign Office spokesperson Shafqat Ali Khan claimed that the rebels involved in the attack on the Jaffar Express were in contact with ring leaders in Afghanistan. The statement implied a conspiracy involving external actors, indirectly hinting at India's involvement. However, India's prompt and unequivocal denial seeks to dispel any such notions and reiterates its commitment to peace and stability in the region.
