Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday sent a strong message to terrorists and those who support cross-border terrorism. He said India will respond to any attack in its own way, at its own time, and with full force.

Speaking to Indian Air Force personnel at the Adampur Air Base, Modi said, "Operation Sindoor is not a normal military operation. It is the confluence of India's policy, intention and decisiveness. India is the land of Buddha as well as Guru Gobind Singh ji...When the sindoor' of our sisters and daughters was removed, we entered the houses of the terrorists and crushed them..."

He praised the success of Operation Sindoor, launched after the Pahalgam terror attack, which killed 26 civilians. He said the operation destroyed nine major terrorist camps and killed over 100 terrorists.

“You attacked them from the front and destroyed all their major terror bases,” the Prime Minister told the air warriors, adding that the message is clear, “Terror groups and those behind them now know that any attempt to look at India with bad intentions will end in destruction.”

Operation Sindoor: India’s New Normal

Calling Operation Sindoor more than just a regular military action, Modi said it reflects India's strong policy, clear intention, and firm decision-making. He said, “India is the land of both Buddha and Guru Gobind Singh ji. We know when to forgive, and when to take strong action.”

“The world is also watching India’s new strength and understanding our new system,” he said.

Modi said, "India's 'Laxman Rekha' against terrorism is crystal clear now. If another terror attack occurs now, India will give a reply - a solid reply. We saw this during surgical strike, during air strike. Now, #OperationSindoor is India's new normal. Like I said yesterday, India has decided on three points. First, if there is a terrorist attack on India, we will give a reply in our way, on our condition, on our time. Second, India will not tolerate any nuclear blackmail. Third, we will not see terror-supporting government and terror masterminds as separate entities. The world too is going ahead by understanding India's new form, its new system."

Modi ended his address by praising the Indian Air Force and thanking them for their bravery and readiness during these challenging times.
