In the last 9 years, there has been unprecedented expansion of world-class infrastructure and connectivity in India. Feeling proud by inaugurating and laying the foundation stone of various development projects in Rammay Ayodhya Dham today.

PM Narendra Modi said, "Today after the Vande Bharat trains and Namo Bharat trains, the country has got a new series of trains... This has been named as Amrit Bharat trains... The power of all these three trains will help in the development of the Indian Railway."

"The entire world is awaiting the historic moment (of Ram temple consecration) on January 22," said PM Narendra Modi after inaugurating and laying foundation stone of several development projects worth Rs 15,700 crore in Ayodhya.

“Today in 1947, Netaji hoisted the Indian flag in Andamand and established the birth of India. After 76 years, in the period of Amrit Mahotsav, we are celebrating and witnessing the glory of Ayodhya,” said PM Modi.

PM Modi visited Ayodhya on 30th December and inaugurated, dedicated to nation and laid the foundation stone of multiple development projects worth more than Rs 15,700 crore. 

PM Modi on Saturday inaugurated the Maharishi Valmiki International Airport, in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.

Phase 1 of the state-of-the-art airport is developed at a cost of more than Rs 1450 crore. The airport’s terminal building will have an area of 6500 sqm, equipped to serve about 10 lakh passengers annually. The facade of the Terminal Building depicts the temple architecture of the upcoming Shri Ram Mandir of Ayodhya. The interiors of the terminal Building are decorated with local art, paintings & murals depicting the life of Bhagwan Shri Ram.

PM Narendra Modi during his Ayodhya visit visited the house of a Ujjwala beneficiary and had tea at her residence. She is the 10 croreth beneficiary of PM Ujjwala Yojana.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the Ayodhya Dham Junction railway station, in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh Developed at a cost of more than Rs 240 crore, the three-storey modern railway station building is equipped with all modern features like lifts, escalators, food plazas, shops for puja needs, cloak rooms, child care rooms, waiting halls. The station building will be 'accessible for all' and 'IGBC certified green station building'

In a letter directed towards Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, Tripura CM Dr Manik Saha sought special train from Agartala to Ayodhya from January 20 to January 24 to facilitate people to go and participate in the pran pratistha of Ram Temple. 

Weighing in on the making of the spanking new Ayodhya airport, Union Minister Gen (retd) VK Singh on Saturday said the idea was that when passengers arrive at the newly laid strip and the facility, they should realise from the general appearance around that they have reached the temple town.

Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh: Airport Authority of India(AAI) chairman Sanjeev Kumar said, "The airport has been built in Ayodhya and AAI has completed it in a record time of 20 months. Air connectivity is important for Ayodhya. PM Modi will inaugurate it today. We are happy today and I hope people across the country will be happy...."

Amid the festive air in Ayodhya and the euphoria around the consecration of the grand Ram Temple on January 22 next year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive in the temple town on Saturday to flag off Amrit Bharat and Vande Bharat trains among other projects.

Two Amrit Bharat Express Trains: 

1. Delhi to Darbhanga (Bihar) via Ayodhya
2. Malda to Bengaluru 

Six Vande Bharat Trains: 

1. Katra-New Delhi
2. Amritsar-Delhi
3. Coimbatore-Bangalore Cantt
4. Mangalore-Madgaon
5. Jalna-Mumbai
6. Ayodhya-Anand Vihar Terminal 

1. PM Modi will inaugurate the redeveloped Ayodhya Dham Railway Station at around 11:15 am today.
2. Phase I of redeveloped Ayodhya Railway Station - known as Ayodhya Dham Junction Railway Station - is developed at a cost of more than Rs 240 crore.
3. At Ayodhya Dham Station, PM Modi will also flag off superfast passenger trains in the country - two Amrit Bharat Express and six Vande Bharat.
4. At around 12:15 PM, Prime Minister will inaugurate the newly built Ayodhya Airport. 
5. Phase 1 of the state-of-the-art airport is developed at a cost of more than Rs 1450 crore.
6. At around 1 PM, Prime Minister will participate in a public programme where he will inaugurate, delicate to nation and lay the foundation stone of multiple development projects worth more than Rs 15,700 crore in the state.
7. These include projects worth about Rs 11,100 crore for development of Ayodhya.
8. To enhance accessibility to the upcoming Shri Ram Mandir, Prime Minister will inaugurate four newly redeveloped, widened and beautified roads in Ayodhya - Rampath, Bhaktipath, Dharampath, and Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Path.
9. Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of new projects which will further help in the revamp of civic facilities in Ayodhya while also strengthening the rich cultural heritage of the city. 
10. Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone of a greenfield township in Ayodhya being developed at a cost of more than Rs 2180 crore and Vashishtha Kunj Residential Scheme to be developed at a cost of about Rs 300 crore.

With weeks to go for the inauguration of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit the holy city today to launch various developmental projects for Uttar Pradesh, including the inauguration of Ayodhya railway station around 11.15 am and the newly constructed Ayodhya airport around 12.15 pm.
