Congress president Rahul Gandhi and Union Minister Smriti Irani are all set to raise the political temperature in Uttar Pradesh's Amethi on Friday. Ahead of their visit, Amethi is decked up with banners and posters inviting the two political leaders. However, there seems to be some clash to thoughts on the posters put up for the Congress president in his bastion.

While on one side the Congress party is welcoming its chief, as the suited candidate for the Prime Ministerial post, on the other side, Samajwadi Party has put up posters questioning Rahul Gandhi on M.P chief minister Kamal Nath's statement indicating that 'people from UP and Bihar take up the jobs of people in the Madhya Pradesh state.

The poster reads: "With the blessings of Samajwadi Party, Congress president Rahul Gandhi must answer on Madhya Pradesh chief minister Kamal Nath's decision to take away the jobs of people from Uttar Pradesh"

After taking charge as the CM of Madhya Pradesh earlier in December, Kamal Nath provoked a controversy with his comments on migrants from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar taking jobs in the state at the cost of its residents. The senior Congress leader, while addressing a press briefing, said, "Our schemes of providing incentives of investment will only be imposed after 70% people from Madhya Pradesh get employment. People from other states like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh come here & local people don't get jobs. I have signed file for this".

Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav also expressed discontent in the matter and also criticized Kamal Nath for his comments.

Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi will be in Amethi on January 4 and 5. He will meet the people of his constituency, attend public and party reception, hold 'corner meetings' in Salon and visit Pareshdepur, Naseerabad, Paraiya Namaksar and Gauriganj areas on Friday.
