Pune Porsche Cover-up: Forensic Report Reveals Rich Brat's Blood Sample Swapped with Mother's

Pune: A forensic laboratory report has confirmed that the blood samples of the 17-year-old rich brat's were swapped with those of his mother's in the Porsche crash case, which claimed lives of two young techies. The sessions court, upon the police's request, extended the custody of the teen's parents until June 10.

Last month, two doctors and a Sassoon General Hospital employee were arrested for allegedly replacing the minor's blood samples after the May 19 accident, in an attempt to indicate that he was not under the influence of alcohol at the time. It's alleged that one of the doctors was in touch with the teen's father.

On June 1, the teen's mother was arrested on conspiracy charges. On Wednesday, the police presented the parents of the minor, along with the two doctors and the hospital employee, before the court as their police custody term expired. The court extended the custody of the doctors and the hospital employee until June 7.

Rich Brat's Remand Home Custody, Parents' Police Custody Extended

The Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) on Wednesday extended the remand of the teenager allegedly involved in a fatal car crash in the city until June 12. Meanwhile, a separate court extended the police custody of his parents.

The Porsche Crash Case

Two IT professionals were killed in the early hours of May 19 in Kalyani Nagar here after a Porsche allegedly driven by the 17-year-old rammed into their two-wheeler. The police claimed the juvenile was under the influence of alcohol.

But the JJB granted bail to the teenager, son of real estate developer Vishal Agarwal, a few hours after the incident and asked him to write a 300-word essay on road safety. Following an outcry, the police again approached the JJB, which modified the order and sent the juvenile to the observation home till June 5.
