4 Kids Among 13 Killed, Several Injured After Tractor-Trolley Overturns in MP's Rajgarh

Reports stated that among the deceased are four children, five men, and four women.

Bhopal: In a distressing incident, 13 people were killed and several sustained injuries after a tractor-trolley overturned on Piplodi Road in Madhya Pradesh's Rajgarh, as per reports.

In the tragic road accident, around 35 people were trapped under the trolley, of which 13 succumbed to their injuries.

Reports stated that among the deceased are four children, five men, and four women. Furthermore, the injured are being treated at the nearby hospital.

The group was coming from Motipura Village in Rajasthan’s Jhalawar district to attend a wedding function in Rajgarh., However, the site became fatal after the tractor-trolley went out of control and overturned near Piplodi on the roadside.

Following this incident, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Yadav expressed his condolences. Furthermore, taking to X, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav also expressed his grief. Yadav stated that senior officials had reached the accident spot and are looking into the matter.

"The news of the untimely death of 13 people of Jhalawar district of Rajasthan due to the overturning of a tractor trolley on Piplodi Road in Rajgarh district is unfortunate. Cabinet colleague Mr.@bjpnspbiaoraji along with the Collector and SP Rajgarh are present on the spot," the CM said.

He added, "We are in touch with the Rajasthan government and Rajasthan police have also reached the spot. The treatment of the injured is going on in the District Hospital, Rajgarh and some seriously injured patients have been referred to Bhopal."

"I pray to Baba Mahakal to grant the souls of the deceased a place in his feet. My deepest condolences are with the bereaved families. I pray for the speedy recovery of the injured,” CM Mohan Yadav posted on X.
