Badohi: A 17-year-old girl who went missing in mid December from Uttar Pradesh's Badohi was finally rescued on Saturday, December 30.

According to police, the girl was allegedly kidnapped by a 30-year-old man and raped for 10 days.

The girl went missing on December 18 while on her way to college and her brother lodged a missing complaint on December 19.

For now, the accused, identified as Rajesh Dubey, was arrested from Prayagraj district and has been booked under sections 363 (kidnapping), 366 (inducing to compel for marriage), and 376 (rape) of the Indian Penal Code and the POCSO Act.
