The incident, shared on Instagram by a user named Avi, shows the shopkeeper demanding more money than the listed price for a cake, leading to a confrontation with the customer.

The video, which has garnered over 10.7 million views since its posting on June 4, depicts a customer attempting to purchase a cake priced at ₹40. However, the shopkeeper insists on charging ₹45.
