Sithra: In a devastating incident on Tuesday, a roadways bus collided head-on with a truck on the Bareilly-Pilibhit national highway near Sithra village. The dense fog in the Hafizganj police station area at around 7 am reduced visibility to a mere 15 meters, contributing to the accident, as stated by the police.

Following the initial collision, a minivan also collided with the bus, compounding the tragedy. The bus, en route from Pilibhit depot to Bareilly, bore the brunt of the collision due to poor visibility caused by the fog.
