Uddhav Thackeray Ayodhya Visit: From Saryu aarti to public rally, here's the full schedule

Amid the politics over Ram Mandir issue, Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray will visit Ayodhya on November 24, 2018. The announcement came a day after Ram Janmabhoomi Trust chief Janmejay Sharanji Maharaj met Thackeray at the party's headquarters Sena Bhawan in October. Now that Mr Thackeray is all set for his visit, here's the full schedule:

November 24:  
5.15 pm: Saryu aarti at 'Naya Ghat'  

November 25:
9:00 am: Visit Ram Janmabhumi
12:00 pm- Press Conference 
1:00 pm - Public rally

Prior to this Uddhav Thackeray had backed RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat’s Ram Mandir ultimatum and has announced that he will visit Ayodhya on November 25. While taking on the BJP over the Ram Mandir issue, the Shiv Sena Chief said that the BJP's promise of the construction of Ram Mandir was just another ‘jumla’.

“I will go to Ayodhya as Balasaheb’s son and Shiv Sainik,” said Uddhav Thackeray while challenging the ruling government, saying, “Either you build Ram Temple or we will build”, he had said.  

“Don't underestimate Hindus. People will make you realise in coming days if you don't build Ram Mandir,” he added.

On October 15, the Shiv Sena had called upon the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led central government to "show some courage" and pass an ordinance for the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya.

Reflecting similar sentiments, RSS chief asked for an ordinance for the construction of Ram temple. 

"The government should bring ordinance to build Ayodhya Ram Mandir. No more politics over it now. It's not a controversy of religions', said RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat.
