New Delhi: A video capturing a young girl walking in a disoriented, zombie-like manner on the streets of Amritsar has gone viral, triggering widespread speculation online. Initially assumed to be a case of drug overdose by netizens, Amritsar police clarified that the girl’s condition was actually a result of severe alcohol addiction, not drugs.

The video, which circulated rapidly across social media platforms, shows the girl stumbling and exhibiting erratic behavior, leading viewers to speculate about the possible causes behind her distressing state. 

BJP’s Sirsa blames Punjab govt 

Sharing the video on social media platform, X BJP National Secretary Manjinder Singh Sirsa wrote, “This late night video of Amritsar of a young girl high under Drugs shows the failure of AAP Punjab Govt! What have you done to Punjab, CM @bhagwantmann Ji? You came to power promising elimination of drugs in 3 months but now your own party people are involved in this! Drug Mafia has become stronger with direct involvement of AAP MLAs & MPs… Punjab’s youth is dying due to Bhagwant Mann’s greed.”
