Greater Noida: A video has gone viral on social media showing a woman being chased by a pack of stray dogs in an apartment complex in Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh. 

The horrific video raises concerns over the rising dog menace in the city. The incident is said to have taken place at Centurion Park Low Rise apartments.

The video shows the woman walking inside an apartment complex alone when a dog barks and advances towards her. Initially, she chases away the dog and continues to move. After taking a few steps, two more dogs who were resting nearby suddenly attack her and the third dog also join them in chasing the woman. 

Fortunately, the woman saved herself by running away from the spot. The strays had almost grabbed her but she escaped somehow while screaming loudly. She, however, got injured by falling down while running. 

Soon after the terrified woman screamed for help, a security guard and two men came to her rescue and chased away the dogs. 

In a separate incident, a domestic help was bitten by a dog in a Noida housing society which prompted the police to register a case against the pet-owner for negligence on Wednesday.
