Yoga Guru Baba Ramdev, Co-Founder, Patanjali graced the India Economic Summit - India's biggest business event - with his presence today at Republic Media Network's Headquarters in Noida. He said Republic Media Network's 'Nation First' Approach has greatly impressed him.
Baba Ramdev said Patanjali 's target is not profit, but charity. The Yoga Guru said nation and society are the ultimate beneficiaries of Patanjali Ayurved. "We have provided employment to about five lakh people and will soon create five lakh more job opportunities," he said.
Baba Ramdev declared that with a 'superpower' like Ayurved and Yoga, India will provide health and peace to the world. He claimed that Patanjali will free the world of diseases like diabetes, cancer, and Blood Pressure.
"We have manufactured over 100 R&D-based drugs and saved thousands from undergoing organ transplants," he added.
The Republic Media Network is hosting the fourth edition of the highly anticipated India Economic Summit today at its headquarters — the largest news center in Asia. The summit brought together a diverse group of leading policymakers, business moguls, and industry experts to explore the economic roadmap for a prosperous, developed India.

Nirmala Sitharaman , India’s Finance Minister, was the Chief Guest at the grand event. With her experience in leading the country’s fiscal policy and financial reforms, her keynote address provided invaluable insights into the government’s vision for the Indian economy.

In a firm appeal to citizens, Sitharaman emphasized that India's strengths and achievements are recognized not only domestically but globally. "I would appeal to everybody that these are not observations about India's strength, achievement, and further possibility of higher achievement which are made by us, but observed by everybody," she stated.
Sitharaman at the India Economic Summit also addressed the critical issue of foreign direct investment (FDI) in India, particularly in the context of Chinese investments, highlighting the need for a balance between economic opportunities and national security.

Speaking candidly, Sitharaman stated, "We want more FDI, but we need to be sure who exactly is bringing the FDI in." She asserted that while India welcomes investments, it is crucial to ensure transparency in the sources of funding.
