During a flight from Delhi to Toronto on Air India, Shreyti Garg, her husband, and two kids encountered a series of issues that significantly made their travel experience not so good.

Shreyti, an Instagram user, went on social media to express disappointment as the in-flight entertainment and lights for three seats weren't working, leaving her and her family feeling confused and without clear information, both emotionally and physically.

She shared an Instagram post with the sarcastic caption,” Yes! This is the service we got after paying 4.5 lakh INR to @airindia.
