Khushboo's Instagram handle is full of easy workout videos that one can follow to stay fit and fine. In her latest clip, she showed her followers three exercises to get rid of shoulder pain.
Khushboo Patani shared that among working people, especially those with desk jobs, slouching has been found to be a major issue. She said that use of desktops, laptop and mobile phones is a major contributor to people experiencing shoulder pain and rounder upper back region.
Khushboo said that extensions and rolling exercises can help the working population get rid of shoulder pain. She also suggested three exercises using rollers that one can do to get relief from shoulder pain. These exercises can be easily performed at home.
One of her popular workout videos is how to get a flat stomach. Khushboo shared a simple, 1-hour workout routine at home to get washboard abs. The exercises that Khushboo suggested to get a flat stomach include a C-Hold, and abs crunches with variations.
However, she also suggested that giving up on junk food and eating healthy is mandatory to stay healthy and avoid belly fat.
