International Women's Day 2025: March 8th marks International Women's Day 2025, and as the world comes together to celebrate the achievements women have made in all aspects of life, Nita Ambani also joined in by revealing her fitness routine.
In a recent video posted on Instagram by Her Circle, the platform founded by Nita Ambani, she expresses her desire to inspire women to take care of themselves, emphasizing that it's never too late.
The Instagram page of Her Circle writes in a caption along with the video, “Four years of Her Circle, and the journey continues! Mrs. Nita Ambani congratulates the Her Circle community of millions of women worldwide. To mark this special milestone, she launches the #StrongHERMovement, reminding women to prioritize their health and well-being. At 61, her fitness journey is truly an inspiration!”
In the video, Nita Ambani appears in her natural demeanor as she gracefully discusses her fitness routine. The video begins with her asking, “When was the last time you did something just for yourself?”
Ambani emphasizes how women are always needed somewhere, and without realizing it, they stop listening to their bodies. She poses an important question: “If we don’t take care of ourselves, who will?”
To maintain her well-being and tackle age-related ailments such as muscle loss, decreased balance, mobility issues, reduced strength, and declining bone density, Nita Ambani works out five to six days a week for four hours.
Her fitness routine focuses on leg strength, mobility, flexibility training, yoga, and core exercises. Occasionally, she indulges in swimming, aqua exercises, and dancing. On days when she is travelling, she ensures she takes 5,000 to 7,000 steps to stay active.
She encourages women to embrace aging meanwhile staying fit, stating, “It’s not about fighting age but owning it.” Nita proudly proclaims that if she can do it at 61, so can you.
On International Women’s Day 2025, Nita Ambani invites women of all ages to prioritize themselves by dedicating just 30 minutes a day, four times a week, as Her Circle celebrates its fourth anniversary.
