What are irregular periods?

According to the Cleveland Clinic, most women have menstrual periods that last four to seven days. Your period usually occurs every 28 days, but normal menstrual cycles can range from 21 days to 35 days. Many things cause irregular menstruation ranging from stress to more serious underlying medical conditions.

Five types of workouts that can be beneficial for regulating your menstrual cycle

Breathing exercises or meditation: Stress can disrupt the menstrual cycle by affecting hormonal balance. Deep breathing exercises relax muscles and can reduce stress levels.
