Aerial yoga

This form of yoga is performed using a hammock while being suspended in the air. It has multiple benefits, including, spine decompression, and regulation of blood circulation. Being a transformative experience, the practice is challenging, especially for beginners. The purpose of the hammock is to provide support through your yoga flow. At the same time, it also improves flexibility and your range of motion.

Outdoor yoga is a refreshing way to stay active. Once in a while, it is always good to step out from the comfort of your living room and practice fitness outdoors. Practicing yoga poses in the outdoors also helps you to connect with nature. Also, it is great for breathing exercises because this is how you take in the fresh air.

Multi-sensory yoga 

It targets three senses: sound, sight, and smell. You can use calming and stimulating fragrances as a part of aromatherapy that induces sessions to be even more relaxing.
