Chandrakala/ Pedakiya

Chandrakala is very similar to Gujia and it is one of the most loved desserts in Bihar. It is made with cardamom powder, khoya, coconut, and dry fruits. These ingredients have a crispy covering and are dipped in sugar syrup. This sweet dish is a traditional food of Bihar which is consumed on every special occasion.

Khaja
