Chicken salad recipes: Three easy to make chicken salads

1. Mayonnaise and chicken salad:

This is a classic chicken salad recipe, which you can find in every other fine-dining restaurant across the globe. There aren't a plethora of ingredients required for it, the recipe is extremely easy to make and the dish gets ready within a span few minutes. You need about 250 grams of boiled or roasted boneless chicken, in a glass bowl and add two big tablespoons of mayonnaise in it. Now add about a half cup of roughly diced capsicum and a quarter cup of finely chopped onions in the glass bowl. You can season it with a pinch of salt and pepper, mix all the ingredients well and your mayo-chicken salad is ready to be served.

2. Olive and chicken salad:

You will need to about 300 grams of boiled chicken, without the skin in a glass bowl with a handful of roasted peppers in it. Now add about three chopped garlic cloves along with some roughly diced jalapenos and olives in the bowl. Then add a quarter cup of finely chopped onions to it and mix all the ingredients very well. You can season it with a pinch of salt and pepper. Lastly, add about a quarter cup of cucumber in it, with a dash of lemon. Now blend all the ingredients well, by mixing them with the help of a big spoon. This makes your olive-chicken salad recipe complete.

3. Veggies and chicken salad:

You need to about 200 grams of roasted boneless chicken in a glass bowl with one tablespoon of mayonnaise and olive oil in it. Now add about half a cup of carrots, capsicum, tomatoes, cucumber and onions to it. After adding the veggies, you need to add a big tablespoon of peri-peri sauce to your salad and mix all the ingredients well. Don’t forget to season with some black pepper and salt. Your salad is ready to be served.
