As we know, eggs are a good source of protein and you can make breakfast, lunch and even dinner by using eggs along with minimal ingredients. Egg recipes for breakfast: Scrambled eggs

Most of us have found our comfort in the late-night 'anda bhurjis' that we used to have in our hostel days; let's see how to make an 'anda bhurji' at home in a quick and easy manner. Scramble your eggs using slight butter instead of oil. Start with sauteing chillies, onion, garlic, tomato before adding the egg. Garnish with coriander leaves before a final mix (optional). You can even have plain scrambled eggs and add whatever condiments you love because there is no single way to scramble your eggs. Pair it up with a pav or toast or even roti and enjoy this quick made scrambled eggs.

Egg recipes for lunch: Egg Curry or Anda Curry in Hindi

For egg curry, start with hard boiling the eggs. Prepare the masala for the curry by grinding onion, tomato, green chilly, and ginger. In another pan, start tempering small mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilly, garlic. Add the ground paste into the oil now and cook it until you see a deeper colour of your gravy. Add water, salt, and turmeric powder and cook for 5 minutes at low flame and voila, your anda curry is ready. Pair with chapati or paratha or plain rice and enjoy the treat that you made in just 20 minutes.

Egg recipes for dinner: Egg fried rice

Use the leftover rice you made for lunch for this recipe. Use a deep pan with oil, saute garlic, green chillies, and add the egg over it (before breaking it, of course). Add the leftover rice over it. Give it a final mix and you are good to go. Garnish with spring onions at the end before serving.
