The tastiest journey of Chef Ranveer Brar

According to Chef Brar, food has always been an institution for him to learn more. Ranveer used to cook at the langar since a very young age. He slowly started exploring delicious street foods of Lucknow which changed his view towards life. The chef started his journey as a chef with the famous Taj Group as a Hotel Operations Management trainee after his graduation from IHM. The popular chef didn’t stop there. He moved to Taj Goa and also opened three restaurants in Goa. Brar then joined The Oberoi group. After spending quality time there, he went to work at the Radisson, Noida, to work as an executive chef at the young age of 25. He opened a hotel there.

Ranveer Brar was unstoppable and utilised the opportunity of opening a few restaurants in the US. Ranveer could not stay away from India and so he came back. All this time he was also showcasing his talent and documenting food on television. From hotel restaurants to a heritage hotel and cruise kitchens, Ranveer’s career path in the food industry has been so inspiring for his fans and followers.
