Almonds are a type of tree nuts that have vitamins, minerals, protein, fibre and also a lot of other health benefits. Having a handful of almonds every day provide you with your daily dose of protein. Almonds can be eaten raw or toasted. They are also available sliced, flaked, buttered, or in the liquid form – almond milk, in the market. Here are a few benefits of adding almonds in your diet.

For Skin

Almonds are rich in vitamin E, which nourish and soften the skin when applied daily. Almond oil and almond milk protect the skin from damage caused by sun exposure. Regularly adding almonds in your diet will not only give you acne-free and pimple-free skin but also act as an anti-ageing agent.
