A research report published on an online portal revealed that drinking three to five glasses of coffee daily have led to a 65 per cent decrease in the risk of Alzheimer’s and dementia in later life.

A research study uploaded on an online portal reveals that moderate coffee drinkers have a 20 per cent lower risk of heart-related disease. Some other studies also revealed that caffeine consumption also has a positive effect on cardiovascular health and overall functionality of the heart.

Several research studies performed have revealed that coffee can protect you from the perils of Type 2 Diabetes. A research study performed at Harvard University, United States of America, showed the risk of Type 2 Diabetes decreases by 9%. Many research reports published on numerous medical websites revealed that decaf coffee decreased the risk by 6%.
