The white flakes that fall off from one's scalp, itchy sensation, and greasy patches are some signs of dandruff. One can suffer from dandruff due to dry skin, or maybe because of the overuse of products when hair is extra-sensitive. Dandruff may cause the roots of your hair to weaken. This will later result in hair fall and irritation to your scalp. The flakes that fall off are the dead skin cells from your scalp. This can be embarrassing as dandruff flakes tend to dust off on the body and shoulders, often creating a bad impression.
