How to make kadha at home

To start with, take water in a deep saucepan and boil it. Simultaneously, crush some immunity-boosting foods such as ginger, cloves, black pepper and cinnamon. Once the water is boiled, add all the crushed ingredients. Top it with basil leaves. You can then cook it on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Make sure that the water is reduced to half. This means that the water has extracted all the benefits out of the spices. Strain it in glass and add honey. And voila, you are good to go.
