Double-dip dish wash

Washing dishes in running water simply leads to wasting water. Instead, use two buckets of water. Fill one with hot or warm water and the other with clear cool water for rinsing. Dip the soapy dishes in the warm water first. This will also help to kill the germs present on the plate. Subsequently, rinse the dish in clear water. By applying this double-dip technique every day, one can save more than 50% of the water that gets wasted while washing dishes.
