A Twitter user who goes by the username @briannacry posted saying she wanted to reconnect with the bestie she made in 2006 and she misses her. She asked her followers to retweet hoping it would reach her best friend.

Twitterati have done it again! In another heartwarming story, social media users have managed to bring together two best friends who had met at a dinner cruise in Hawaii in 2006 and separated following that evening.
A Twitter user who goes by the username @briannacry posted saying she wanted to reconnect with the bestie she made in 2006 as she misses her. She asked her followers to retweet hoping it would reach her best friend.
Within close to 12 hours, Twitter users worked their magic and she found her long-lost friend.
Her best friend who goes by the name @heii_tree replied saying it was ages ago since she was on Twitter and the first thing she saw was that people were looking for her.
However, both friends won't be able to meet-up any time soon and will have to wait till they save up in order to have a meeting.
