1) The legendary Dahi Vada or Dahi Bada

This dish is a popular one that is available in almost every nook and corner of the Indore streets. This Indore delicacy is made of Dahi i.e plain yogurt along with vada and a mix of masalas. This dish is popularly found in the street of Sarafa Bazaar. The Joshi Dahi Bada House found in the Sarafa street is extremely famous and a must-try. The Dahi vada out here is prepared in a very different way and is full of flavor. One must definitely not miss out on this place when in Indore.

2) Poha Jalebi

This is another dish that will simply leave you craving for more. A perfect blend of sweet, spicy, salty and tangy. This is a very popular breakfast dish that is savored by the people of Indore on a daily basis. This dish is prepared with a variety of ingredients and namkeen or chatpata sev is sprinkled on top. 3) Khatta Samosa

One must not worry about it being too tangy as the dish is served with the signature sweet and tangy chutney that adds on to the flavor of the dish.
