Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate has unveiled two residential projects within its sprawling 200-acre 'SP Kingstown' township in Pune's Hadapsar Annexe. The company anticipates generating approximately Rs 1,500 crore in revenue from these developments. Alongside residential offerings, the urban development project will encompass commercial, educational, healthcare, and retail spaces.

The two new housing projects, namely 'Wildernest' and 'Joyville Celestia,' collectively offer over 1.7 million square feet of development potential. Venkatesh Gopalakrishnan, the MD & CEO of Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate, highlighted the company's plan to enhance Pune's real estate landscape, aiming to provide residents with a diverse range of housing options, from aspirational to luxury living.

Sriram Mahadevan, Managing Director, Joyville Shapoorji Housing, noted that this marks the second aspirational project within the township. With a development potential of 142 million square feet, Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate has established a presence in several major Indian cities, including Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Gurugram, and Kolkata.

The Joyville initiative, a $200 million collaboration between Shapoorji Pallonji, ADB, IFC, and Actis, is dedicated to developing aspirational housing projects across India and has already launched multiple projects in key urban centres.
