Ahead of Hall of Fame induction, Toni Kukoc: 'I hope we were a beacon to the NBA'

Toni Kukoc will be among the luminaries enshrined into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame on Saturday at the MassMutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Toni Kukoc will be among the luminaries enshrined into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame on Saturday at the MassMutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Kukoc, the selection of the International Committee, will be presented by his former teammate Michael Jordan and Jerry Reinsdorf, the owner of the Chicago Bulls.

Kukoc was on Chicago's second three-peat team that won championships from 1996-1998 and won the NBA's Sixth Man of the Year award in 1996. The "Croatian Sensation" had an illustrious international and European career as well and was inducted into FIBA's Hall of Fame in 2017.

Also among the large group of stars being enshrined as the Class of 2021 are Chris Bosh and Paul Pierce.
