LeBron James laments loss of Black icons Boseman and Bryant in same year

LeBron James lamented the loss of Black icons Chadwick Boseman and Kobe Bryant on Saturday after his Los Angeles Lakers eliminated the Portland Trail Blazers from the NBA playoffs.

James said the death of both the Black Panther star and the ex-Lakers legend were a loss to a Black community in need of role models and also a personal tragedy for him.
