Sachin Tendulkar has decided to come up with a challenge of his own

The Fitness challenge became a huge trend in India after one small request by Union Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore. It gained a lot of coverage, with every prominent personality and normal citizen taking up the challenge.

Cricket wasn't far behind during that phase. The likes of Virat Kohli, Gautam Gambhir, Ajinkya Rahane and Suresh Raina. The challenge became a huge success. And it seems, the 'God of Cricket' has taken an inspiration from it, and has introduced one of his own.

Sachin Tendulkar has decided to come up with a challenge of his own, which is Kit up challenge. The cricket maestro introduced the challenge through a video on Instagram, where he can be seeing kitting up in no time.

His message read, "I'm kitting up to go play the sport that I love. The predecessor of this, Fitness challenge was started when Union Minister Rathore posted a video on Twitter, asking Hrithik Roshan, Virat Kohli, and Saina Nehwal to complete it. 

It spread like fire in the forest. Politicians, actors, cricketers and other sportspersons showcased their fitness through this challenge. The likes of Virat Kohli, Hrithik Roshan, Kiren Rijiju and Narendra Modi asked the country to follow this.

The #FitnessChallenge, which has gone viral on social media is an initiative propagated by Col Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, the Minister of State with Independent Charge of the Information and Broadcasting, and Youth Affairs and Sports ministries. Following Col Rathore publishing his own video where he demonstrates how he has added a fitness regimen to his daily work-day, and putting the challenge forth to others, people from a number different walks of life, including politicians, members of the Bollywood and film and entertainment industry, members of the sporting fraternity, government employees and other people have taken up the challenge under the slogan 'hum fit toh India fit'.
