Virat Kohli, captain of the Indian cricket team, has time and again proved himself with his performance on the field and Day 3 in the second test against Australia at the Optus Stadium pitch in Perth was no different. However, during the match the skipper let his 'bat do the talking' literally as he hit his 25th century.

In a video that is going viral on the social media, Virat Kohli can be seen tapping his bat and moving his hands by gesturing, "My bat does the talking". This happened after Kohli reached his hundred with a drive off Mitchell Starc which raced off to a boundary.

While the commentators also wondered what Kohli's gesture meant, former Australia batsman Michael Clarke said to the broadcasters he felt that the Indian hit machine may be saying that I let my bat do all the talking on the field.

"I hope he is saying that however I come across otherwise, my bat does the talking. Like I might be saying anything, but I know as long I bat well and score those runs, my bat's talking will be enough."

Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar and Harbhajan Singh were all-praises for Virat Kohli on his splendid win. Have a read:
